You won't get lost in the crowd at Adelphi. Whether you're on your way to class, the University Center, or a residence hall, you'll walk through an elegant 75 acre campus that is a beautifully landscaped, registered arboretum campus dotted with sculpture while crossing paths with fellow students and faculty. An active student life is waiting for you, with more than 80 clubs, 21 Division II athletic teams, extensive arts and events, and so much more. |

Right about now, you may be feeling overwhelmed by the college search, the admissions and financial aid processes, and the thought of making your decision. Visit each campus. Talk to the professionals and then just walk around and see how it feels. Your decision will make itself. See what our students have to say in "Admissions Unveiled" and other student blogs. |

Two major new facilities opened at Adelphi this falla 53,000 square foot, five-venue Performing Arts Center and 73,000 square foot Recreation and Sports Center, the new home of the Adelphi Panthers. Obviously, we're proud, but it gets better because we marked the occasion with the first post-Broadway production of RENT, written by alumnus Jonathan Larson '82, and special guest speakers in the Center for Recreation and Sports. |

Adelphi is an affordable private university and a great value, rated a "Best Buy" for the fourth consecutive year in the 2010 Fiske Guide to Colleges. Tuition is competitive and our Student Financial Services staff will work with you and your family to make sure you receive financial aid counseling and know your options and opportunities for financial aid, including grants and academic, talent, athletic, recognition, alumni, and other scholarships. At Adelphi, the average financial aid package (entering fall 2008) per full-time student was $16,400. Of the $60 million awarded (fall 2008), almost half was in the form of Adelphi University scholarships (including alumni scholarships, restricted scholarships, and merit-based scholarships for talent, athletic, and academic achievement) and need-based grants. |
